Linda’s extraordinary leadership abilities have enabled her to accomplish extraordinary results.

As the Deputy Mayor of Logansport, Linda has led the way for countless community development and educational projects, helping to revitalize the city. As President of the Carousel Board, she completed the $1,000,000 restoration and building of the Carousel Project. Linda is currently President of Logan’s Landing and the Cass County Historical Preservation Foundation, as well as the Cass County Visitor’s Bureau, Linda has also chaired the SUCCEED Committee since its inception in 2004.

Linda’s experiences have given her the skills necessary to be your next State Senator, and her proven record demonstrates her ability to achieve the results you need.

Examples of Linda Klinck’s Proven Results through Leadership:

  • Currently undergoing a way-finding assessment for the county as President of the Cass County Visitor’s Bureau.


  • Worked to help the city receive over $600,000 in grant money to help 37 homeowners with housing rehabilitation projects.


  • Organized a partnership with Ivy Tech, Business Solutions Group, Logansport-Cass County Chamber of Commerce, LEDF and the Small Business Development Center to initiate SUCCEED (Stimulating Unlimited Cass County Entrepreneurs, & Economic Development) which is a business planning contest and exposition for adults and students. The goal is to start one new business, expand an existing business, and develop an entrepreneurial spirit in Cass County. Linda has continued to chair the SUCCEED Committee since its creation.


  • Served on the Board of Directors and co-chaired the Economic Restructuring Committee for Logansport's Indiana Main Street program, Logan's Landing. Logan¹s Landing dedicated $10,000 to a façade improvement grant that generated a $70,000 investment in downtown buildings and was a selling point for the state in selecting Logan's Landing to receive a $300,000 RECAP grant.


  • Assisted Ivy Tech with transitioning a satellite campus in Downtown Logansport.


  • Helped Cass County Historic Preservation Foundation (CCHPF) in the release of the People Bank Building to HLFI (Historic Landmarks Foundation of Indiana) for the repair of damage to the façade.


  • Conducted a Pastor Appreciation Dinner sponsored by Memorial Hospital and developed a CARE Summit for Pastors.


  • Oversaw the successful $1,000,000 renovation and building of the Carousel project.
